All other items on the site can be shipped to the following regions: The USA, Canada, The European Union (EU), Iceland, Norway, East Asia and South East Asia.
For all Darksoft and aje_fr Multis, Flat-Rate Postage with registered "signature on delivery" Australia Wide is $25 AUD for the first multi kit + $10 AUD for each additional multi.
Express Post with registered "signature on delivery" Australia Wide is $35 AUD for the first multi kit + $10 AUD for each additional multi.
Flat-Rate "trackable" international shipping to New Zealand is $40 AUD for the first multi + $15 AUD for each additional multi.
All other products on the site fall into four categories.
Labels & Stickers are sent as a regular letter without tracking. Postage Australia-Wide is $3 AUD or $4 AUD to New Zealand.
Small items are those that can be fit in a flat mailer or tracked envelope. Postage Australia-Wide is $7.50 AUD. Unfortunately we can't offer this shipping rate to New Zealand and items will be sent via the "Medium" rate below.
Medium Items are those that can fit in a small box or padded bag and usually under 500g. Postage Australia-Wide is $12.50 AUD or $22.50 AUD to New Zealand.
Postage for each additional item ordered in the Labels, Small or Medium categories are charged at $1 AUD per item.
Large items such as Control Panels are generally charged at the same postage rate as Multis.
Postage rates to all other regions beisdes Australia and New Zealand range between $27.5 AUD and $32.5 AUD for the first item plus $1-2 AUD per additional item.
We ensure that our items are well packed, secure and sent in brand new boxes or padded mailers via the Australia Post service. Our postage costs incorporate packaging which includes boxes, mailers, bubble wrap and other consumables.
Our order-to-shipping turnaround is generally within 12-24 hours.
